Every year members of the squadron move onto the streets of Keighley to raise funds for the Royal British Legions (RBL) "Poppy Appeal".

Each year the RBL recognised the efforts of the cadets in the form of a presentation night when the highest collectors are awarded medals for their efforts.

This year 2431 Sqn gave a First Aid demo to the Mayor and manager of Keighley Branch, Skipton Building Society.
